But you can just call me Hoeni, which despite the confusion is just said "Honey". I also go by just Bee as well!
I am an Oklahoma based artist and dream of working as a table vendor at conventions and selling my art!
I use any pronouns, but do prefer They/Them, and I am 20 years old! I've been drawing since I was a kid and have loved the concept of creating a community through my art since.
I also am attempting to be a streamer, however as I said I am in Oklahoma and there is absolutely no good internet here so thats kinda sorta on the back burner.
I am currently focusing on improving my art and making merchandise to fill up my store! I hope to start going to cons by the end of 2023!

What will you draw? What won't you?

How do I pay?

I do freebies when I don't have commissions or just want to draw. My TOS does apply to freebies, so also keep that in mind.

I want an NSFW Commission!
Luckily for you, I provide such a service. I’d like to state I am over the age of 18, aka I am a legal adult, aka I am allowed to draw and look at as many boobs as I please. However, you currently reading might not be!If you are under the legal age in the United States (18 years old), I will not draw NSFW for you— Sorry Europeans! I do not feel comfortable drawing for minors even if “technically in [insert country] it’s 16, 17, etc. here.”There is an upcharge fee of $10 USD for a NSFW piece!To order NSFW you MUST have a valid driver’s license or ID. You have to send me a photo of said ID with all other personal info other than your birthdate blocked out and include some sort of hand written note with a form of contact information on it (discord, email, instagram, etc.)!
Do you sell buttons, prints, etc?
Not right now! I am in contact with a few different manus! I want to start asap and hopefully get a booth at an artist alley!I plan on producing some products on my own. However, that requires a few pricy items. If you want to help me on my way here's my Ko-fi and Patreon!
How long will my commission take?
Depending on a lot of factors with your commission (specifically with complexity) as well as my personal life your commissions can be complete between 3 to 5 days. However, unless you set a specific deadline or buy priority, it can take up to a month. You can track the progress of your commissions on my trello!
Do you do Refunds?
I don't currently have a refund policy unless I can't finish the commission! If I truly can't finish your commission I can refund your commission up to 100% and offer whatever I have of your commission finished.

Terms of Service!
I. General Terms
Please make sure the form is filled out in a clear and concise way, and sent with apporiprate references/visuals.My FAQ can answer most basic questions, and is apart of these terms and conditions.In regards to NSFW (“Not-Safe-For-Work”, including adult, erotic, or gore related content) commissions, liability is fully placed on the client. In the case of false, stolen, or misuse of an ID/Driver’s license wether or not it actually belongs to the client, does not reflect on the Artist in anyway.
II. Payment
The commission payment must be made within 48 hours the invoice being sent. Extensions and split payments are available under specific circumstances and will be treated sternly. I will start the commission as soon as the payment is processed and has entered my account (unless you are in a later slot (see section III).I only accept USD, and/or the equal equivalent. Payment is subject to change depending on factors later stated (see sections III, IV, and V). All transactions are through Paypal Invoice. Alternate forms of payment (see FAQ) are available with liability behalf of the client and void of a possible refund.
III. Extra fees & Process
I retain the right to request reasonable additional charges. In addition to the base price some fees may apply:• Add On Fees
Additional characters (+70%), props, animations, etc. come with fees included in the invoice.
• Complexity/Risk Fees (+10%)
*If a character, pose, etc. is highly complex or falls into my "won't" category a fee may apply at the discretion of the client's understanding that I am not experienced and the quality will vary.
• NSFW Fee
On the same note of complexity there is a $10 USD or more up charge for NSFW depending on the complexity, content, and other factors.
• Design Fees (+20%)
If there is no reference images of the subject/character or the client wants the artist to draw from a description or a collage of photographs a design fee may apply.
• Rush Fee (+30%)
If the commission must be done by a specific time that negatively affects the process a rush fee can be charged. I explicitly do not accept hour turn around times. This rush fee can also be bought as a "priority" add on, in which I will exclusively work on your commission to complete it as fast as possible.
• Revision Fee
I charge for changes that will heavily/completely change the artwork after the rendering process has begun.
• Commercial Fee
If the client is buying the commercial rights to the artwork, a fee must be paid and contract must be agreed upon. (See section VII.)Some fees may differ depending on commission size/type.The time for commissions depends on complexity, add ons, alternations/changes, quantity of characters, details, and references provided. Turnaround is 3-5 days. However, depending on the amount of commissions or in case of large orders, it may be extended up to a month. Commissions are "fcfs" meaning priority (unless a bought (see above)) is done base on who ordered first.Example: I have three commissions slots full, you are the second slot. Once I am finished with the first slot, I will begin your commission.The commission starts when I begin working not when payment is received.
IV. Revision, & Delivery
I will send a watermarked sketch and a flat coloured version in which you have the opportunity to request changes and edits. This will also be the time to add or correct details I missed from your inquiry. These are the only scheduled updates I will give, unless you agree to more in your commission form.You can make up to three changes within this time frame. Any changes made after the rendering will come with a charge ([see section III).Commissioned works can be sent through any of my social platforms, however to retain the best quality I suggest Google Drive. I may send a lesser quality watermarked version for any final touches before the full sized quality image is sent.
V. Cancellation & Refunds
I do not allow refunds unless I cannot finish the commission, in which I can refund the payment up to 100% and offer the unfinished artwork if applicable. Any chargebacks filed without warning/communication will be seen a violation of these terms of service and will terminate the transaction between the client and me.I can retain the right to cancel a commission without refund due to inappropriate/aggressive behaviour, poor communication, excessive changes, etc. from the client as well as the right to decline or cancel a commission for personal reasons or otherwise.
VI. General Usage & Copyright
I retain the full copyright to the artwork and have the right to post the artwork (including speedpaints, wips, live streams) without the permission of the client unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand. I may use the completed artwork in portfolios, merchandise, commission examples, etc.The buyer...
• may print out the commissioned artwork for personal use only.
• may post the commissioned piece for personal use without credit, however credit to and tagging me (if applicable) is greatly appreciated!
• may not use the artwork for business or commercial use unless previously discussed.
• may not use the artwork for "Non-fungible Tokens/NFTS."
• may not use the artwork for self promotion, monetized videos, printed merchandise or promotion of such, including goods, services or social media pages.
• may not claim the artwork as their own, copy, trace, or heavily reference the artwork.
• may not tamper or remove the artist's signature/social stamp.
VII. Commercial Usage
A commercial fee costs may cost anywhere upwards of 300% on average depending on the of the price of the commissioned artwork, intended commercial usage scale and purpose, as well as many other factors. For more information, please contact me privately through my business email, [email protected]
